「I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Easy to find and only 30 mins drive from OR Tambo airport. Check-in and out was quick and easy with very welcoming front desk staff. The room was very comfortable, a good size and spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were also in the room as well as a refrigerator which was put to use. 「I arrived after midnight and found staff in pajamas sleeping. They had no clue about my reservation even though it was booked 2 weeks ahead of time. I had to find my booking confirmation and show credit card statement of payment. Then i was walked through a dark alley to what could be otherwise considered the "boys quaters". 「Red Dot Lodge is not a guest house. I had to find alternative accommodation late at night for my daughter and we are Both very upset by the whole matter. Kindly provide me with a refund and remove the guest house from your web site. Ian Young +27 (0)83 251 3571」

「The lodge is clean with wonderful & friendly staffs. The perimeters are under surveillance . There is no microwave in the rooms, you have to come to the reception to use the microwave. I hope the management make provision for this. The overall rate is good.」

「Very friendly staff, very polite! Specially mention to Zachariah who was very engaging with recommendations of various locations to visit. Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!」
