So many dinning options.. the spa is amazing, pool area peaceful and serene.. . thanks to Expedia and Houghton I got every penny of my monies worth.. The room was clean with all facilities. The pullows were a bit too hard for my luking but that was personal to me. We had a couples treatment in the spa and the staff there were very attentive. The shuttle bus takes you to Nelson Nandela Square and shopping centre and brings you back. All the staff were friendly but...

「My second stay here. I have no problem with is place. I love the location. The major challenge is the check-in and check-out time. Then again some of the staff are not friendly. The hotel cancelled my initial booking under the pretext that I needed to confirm. They didn't contact me despite hotel.com contacting them that they are conforming to my booking. theses created a lot of confusion which was later sorted out by hotels.com 」

Communication regarding airport transfers could be improved. There was a confusion as to whether the hotel had shuttle transfer or not. Ended up getting an Uber.」
