「Trotz Bestätigung der Buchung durch hotels.com war unsere Buchung anscheinend nicht angekommen. Zufällig war der Manager vor Ort (mit Baumschnitt beschäftigt) und wir konnten mit Ihm die Situation besprechen. Da er nicht mit unserer Ankunft gerechnet hatte, war das Appartement nicht geheizt (eiskalt) und Warmwasser war erst nach ca. 3 Stunden verfügbar. 「An incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They upgraded us to a balcony room with a beautiful view of the water. The beds were also very comfy and AC was strong. I could not have had a better experience! Only complaint, 20 euros each to use the pool is a bit extreme, especially for a nice hotel like that, you’d expect it to be free.」

「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). 「Really lovely apartments, clean and spacious. The reception staff were exceptional, giving advice and storing our luggage. Great central location. The only slight downside was that the appointment was not ready for check in at 4pm and my 80 year old father struggled having to wait that extra hour in the Cannes heat.」
