Loved my short trip to Cannes and this spot was perfect to sit back and relax. The room was well equipped. Bathroom was spotless and if you get a balcony you’ll get a nice view of the lively atmosphere and even peak around the gallery Lafayette. I def recommend! If you are a traveler on a budget and need a nice place for good price this is it !

We stay in this hotel and it has the best location while in Cannes, it is 3 blocks from the train station and is in the shopping area, every this is really close by. They have an elevator which it makes it ideal for people with disabilities.

Friendly easygoing hotel

This hotel is run very well. The staff are friendly, efficient and easy going. The rooms are clean, large, and vary between a single/ double to a family room. The breakfast is just as varied to Cater for all ages and plenty of Nutella available for the little ones too.

Fantastic boutique French hotel

Fantastic location and fantastic hotel - very French ! Breakfast in the garden is a must and the staff, especially Corinna, are absolutely fantastic Shout out to Mateo as well Location is excellent - couldn’t have asked for better. No parking but the hotel has a discounted deal with underground parking garage 5 min walk which allows multiple entry. I would definitely recommend and stay there again with the family Beach is about 10 min walk but shopping is right there

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing - bright and very spacious with high ceilings. Everything was immaculate! 2 mins walk to train/bus station, 5 mins to the beach and shops & restaurants right on your doorstep. We will definitely come back!

Good location walkable to Cannes beaches and sights. Very small boutique property and room was very lovely set up for our family with sofa bed made. However we found after walking in the room a little bit their floors are filthy. We thought it was nice being able to walk barefoot in our room on nice wooden floors. But they nedd to steam clean their floors. I also felt i was asking too much just to ask for hot water and milk for tea (the night manager) as their is no tea/coffee facility in room. Service coukd be improved. The elevator can take 1 person plus 1 luggage, or 2 people. Loved the balcony in our junior suite and our bathroom was very large.

Very basic - no microwave fridge or coffeemaker - but it’s clean and close to restaurants and shopping area Also it’s only a 2-3 min walk to the train station You have to use the stairs to get to the bottom floor No elevator . So if you can’t walk at least a flight of stairs , go somewhere else

Great location but lacking

The hotel is in a great location, the room was a good size and had a balcony however there was no air conditioning and it was far too hot at night. We slept with the terrace doors open and the noise from the street was unbearable. We finally received a fan which helped but it seemed unreasonable not to have AC at the end of May. Also in the evening there was no one at reception and the front door was open which was a little uncomfortable.

Overall the stay was okay. I would not return to stay at this hotel again though mainly for 2 reasons. First the outlet sockets are outdates and we had trouble charging our electronics overnight. Second the breakfast options are quite limited and you can certainly tell the staff is not keen on replenishing food items despite the number of visitors available to be serviced during our stay, which was during high season. I also believe that the lack of access to a small fridge and/or coffee or tea machine in the room made it more difficult for us to enjoy our stay as we did not have access to store our bottled water. Plenty of options exist around the hotel though as it’s quite central and you can easily access all of Canness downtown attractions in a few steps.
