「Cozy apartment, conveniently located in Earl’s Court, short walking distance to the tube. The place is small but has most of what you need. Appreciate the small cooktop and microwave so we can prepare simple meals and breakfast. Despite the double glazing windows, road noises can still be heard. It was fine for me, but for others this maybe an issue. The blinds are not full shades, so it gets bright when sun is out. 「We got an upgrade to a bigger room which was very nice. Room was good size, comfortable for the 3 of us. Love the modern deco and amenities in room. Surrounding was nice with the subway just few minutes walk away. Would stay at this place again if back in London.」

「The staff is helpful. Although it is a small hotel, it provides essentials for travelers, and it is nice and comfortable. However, the hairdryer and shower head could be improved. The hairdryer stopped working and then could be used after a while. The shower head could give a bit stronger water.」

「The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs. 」
