"The pool is out of order and reading some of the reviews it’s been out of order for a very very long time. No free breakfast! And parking is a nightmare. Depending on what door your room is close to you may be walking a long long way :("

"Hyatt Regency Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were wonderful. The shower was perfect and the towels where soft and smelled so clean. This was my second stay this year and I plan on staying every time I'm on Long Island, New York and elsewhere.
