「We have stayed here a few times in the past but not for about three years now. Sadly, we were very disappointed . The service used to be exceptional. I asked for a quiet room as we are very light sleepers - we were kept aware by the kitchen fan at the back of our room and the noise from the reception desk. 「I have used this hotel four times this last year as a stopover for trips from south Devon to Scotland and overall have been pleased with the facilities and service provided. Meals have been excellent and the rooms comfortable and clean. My only concern has been with the service in the dining room: the staff are all delightfully friendly and welcoming but on each of my visits service has been very slow - it took 40 minutes last night for drinks we’d ordered to arrive and our meals a further 10....
