"Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by all the staff. The check in was such a lovely experience. Our room was beautiful and everything was squeaky clean. The scents in The Mett and The Mett bathroom products are very memorable, it was pleasant and we will always be reminded of our lovely stay whenever we smell something similar. "Pros: The staff were kind and helpful. Located right on Orchard Road, so very close to everything especially the MRT. Con’s: The hotel amenities in the Superior room that I was assigned to were lacking. The tub was somewhat rusty, shower pressure was poor, the shower curtain had unknown gunk stuck to it, no robes provided, the air conditioner seems to not be working at 18C and the ongoing construction outside was too loud to ignore even past 6pm. "
