「The hotel is close to the shopping area of Livingston. It has everything that you would need, from good parking, to fabulous food next door in their restaurant to easy EV charging facilities. The room is comfortable, with everything you need, kettle, TV, free WiFi. Highly recommended.」

「A great inn in Edingbrugh. We stay for 3 nights with two rooms. The breakfast is wonderful and the bad is very comfortable. The room is equipped everything we need during our stay. Though no lift to the 2nd floor and 3rd, we still enjoy this small old building. However the street noise can be heard clearly that might put you sleepless whole night, especially over weekend. We could leave lugguages for half day after check out and help make our walking tour on Royal mile easier. Thank you...

「very charming and tastfully decorated hotel. every corner was refrected the owner's good sense. and we were fortune stayed at Saturday because the dinner was offered only weekend. good location for the following morning heading to the Highland Game at Crieff. 」

「We had a very enjoyable stay at the Kippen Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast each morning. The bar and waitress staff were really helpful in helping us with some bags and even getting us some scales to weigh our luggage for a flight. It was much appreciated. 「The staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was massive full Scottish, brill. Rooms were great, not 5 star but were comfy and clean. Atmosphere at the sands was great, locals are very friendly and I would defo book again, hats of to the hard working staff.」
