"We stayed in their island suite. It had a deep bathtub and separate shower. Beds were super comfortable. I always feel asleep right away as soon as my head hit the pillow. There was a separate living area with chairs and a small round dining table as well. It was a lovely stay! Pros: guards at every pick up/drop-off station around the clock. They called for a shuttle wherever we wanted to go whether to the lobby, the spa, or main gate. Large golf range, infinity pools, gym, stores, laundry service (which i used), and friendly, courteous staff. Cons: no elevator, only stairs Television was grainy and small, Breakfast buffet- limited protein selection (mainly scrambled eggs, fried eggs upon request only)"

"The staff were respectful, polite, and accommodating, which made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious, well kept, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The food was great, with a good variety and quality that we enjoyed. The location is convenient, right on the beachfront, making it easy to relax and walk on the strip. Overall, our stay was fun, comfortable, and enjoyable. We would gladly recommend Hennan Palm Beach and look forward to staying here again."

"Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff, 3mins away from the edge of white beach. A coffee place is on the way to the White beach which is a nice bonus. Also close to the ferry port. Be ready to wake up with the roosters and traffic on the street around 6am. It's pretty loud. Also, the bathroom is not very soundproof, so be ready for that."
