Aira Boracay is the perfect sanctuary for anyone seeking a blend of tranquility, comfort, and genuinely exceptional hospitality on the island. Located right on Bulabog Beach, we loved being slightly removed from the hustle of White Beach while still having easy access to everything Boracay offers.
The Staff are the True Stars
What truly sets Aira apart is the team. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the staff were professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. They were always available, happy to help, and their warm, welcoming demeanor made us feel truly at home. A special shout-out to the team and the shuttle drivers for always having a smile and making our movements around the island effortless.
Comfortable Rooms and Stunning Views
The hotel feels recently refurbished, boasting clean, spacious, and well-maintained rooms. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. We highly recommend booking a sea-view room or spending time on the rooftop deck. The views over Bulabog Beach, especially at sunrise, are stunning and make for a perfect relaxation spot.
Convenience and Value
While the location is peaceful, the hotel provides a fantastic complimentary shuttle service that runs frequently to the D'Mall area, making it quick and easy to get to the busier side of the island for dinner. A super hotel that I will definitely stay at again 😍thanks everyone 💯💯👍
A really nice stay in Boracay for someone who wants to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the area around D Mall. It was in a nice and quiet area. The staff were extremely friendly. The view from the balcony was amazing. I’d stay here again.
The staff is very friendly, accommodating and good! Ai was very helpful with booking our transportation to and from the airport. I liked the facility, room and location. The door of our room was a little stuck. It was hard to open and close it. There was also some kind of a leak in the bathroom ceiling causing the light to flicker and cause black mold build up. I think it would be better to have a bigger dish dryer. One of the glasses slipped and broke when we closed the door. It would also help to have a luggage stand. Overall, the room had more than enough space for the 3 of us. There was enough sockets for charging. We also love the rooftop view.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The only good thing about this property is the room was very clean on the inside and the staff was friendly. The beach nearby dirty with rough sand, this area of Boracay is mostly not touristy and we didn’t see many people like other places. Very limited amenities and the balcony glass is murky and dirty for all the balconies. I booked a king with sea view and paid extra for the view but the room wasn’t sea view, it had a balcony with a very limited bay view. Luckily walking or catching a trike to a better area is easy and we only stayed a single night, would not book here again or recommend.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. However, they are inflexible with early check in, which is not great if you’ve spent the last 30 hours getting there. No pool no spa. You have a 50/50 chance of the air conditioner working or having hot water. I am currently drenched in sweat and rain and unable to take a shower. Dogs from the property in back bark all night. There are people yelling and laughing at all hours in the atrium. The area is very windy and a 20 minute walk from everything.
The staffs are friendly and accommodating. They are very helpful and respectful. The location of the property is quite distant from restaurants, stores, supermarkets (although there are few shops and restaurants nearby). The beach in front of the property is a bit untidy compared to the beach in Station 1-3. We decided to visit other beach as to not to spoil our visit. We had a small issue during check out related to the use of their jacuzzi wherein we thought that its part of their amenities since that they dont have a pool. We were surprised that we were charged 500 pesos per hour. We were not informed about this during check-in and we ended up paying it for 1k pesos as we used it twice during our stay. Overall, our stay was okay.
The hotel was very nice but if you booked here looking for a convenient location by the beach you will be disappointed
It is no where near the mall or tourist beaches great hotel terrible location

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Shout out to their team! 5 STARS to their performance!!
The hotel is clean, appears new; our room was overlooking Bolabog beach; the location is perfect close enough to the Stations but far enough to enjoy peace and tranquility.
We only stayed for 2 nights. At first we commented it’s far from the center but after our first night we realized the peace and quiet we experienced. Away from chaos. The staff were so accommodating and so attentive to all our requests. It’s clean and the only thing if I want to add is there should be a phone in the rooms for easy access to the staff. But our stay, even my husband and my son said it’s a good place to stay for a holiday in Boracay.
I was very impressed of the hotel. Clean, staff are friendly and helpful specially the lady in the front desk and the manager.
The only is that didn’t have restaurant and pool, the elevator only goes to 2nd floor and the staff had to bring it to the 2nd floor.
I the beachfront was nice and quite y if you want you can Dow about couple minutes and you will be with the crowds
Overall, very impressive. I will definitely recommend the place
Clean hotel and the location is great! 10 minutes away from the busy stations 1,2,3 and X.
Only problem is finding a ride leaving the hotel but the guard is willing to find a ride or you can walk about 200 yards and find the park tricycle.
Did not use the restaurant, they have a jacuzzi for a fee and had a nice rooftop to sunbathe if you want.
Overall the staff are really friendly and they are there to assist you.
The front desk closes at night but their is a guard if you need anything. Only thing that I ask for is a wash cloth that I have to ask. They only give you a bath towel.
Overall stay I am happy with it!
We stayed in this hotel for 4 days & 3 nights during our stay in Boracay and I must say, we picked the right hotel! Place is nice and clean, quiet, and most importantly.. all the staff are nice, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We couldn’t ask for more! We definitely will be back again next time. I would highly recommend this place if you want a place where it’s peaceful, not so busy and overly crowded, home away from home, and only a few minutes away from everything! They also offer any activities Boracay could offer. They also assisted us in renting a small motorcycle to ride around the island and even had it delivered right to us in the hotel. They arranged everything for us and everything was a breeze. Thank you Aira! 🙏
The location of the Aira hotel is on the quiet side of Boracay along Balabog beach, famous for its windsurfing. This was a great location for me and my older relatives as we didn't want the hustle and bustle of White beach. White beach is only a short e-trike ride or walk away.
The staff at the hotel, and in particular, the hotel management staff of Sam, Mir, and Dan were truly amazing! They were all so welcoming and kind throughout our entire stay and we felt like family.
The hotel doesn't have a pool but that wasn't a deterrent at all as couple of steps and you can dip your toes in the water.
The rooms and hotel's general areas were immaculately cleaned and everything seemed brand new. There is a cafe on site and room service available offering a decent set of options. The rooftop lounge and jacuzzi was a great way to relax after long days exploring the island.
We would definitely stay here again, if we were visiting Boracay.
It's a new hotel which means the building and rooms are all new and clean. I booked the biggest room and I'm happy with it.
The downside are as follows:
1. Location - yes it can be considered a beachfront hotel but what's not specified is that there's an elevated road between the hotel and the beach, meaning you need to cross the road before going to the beach. But dont bother because the beachfront is not ideal for swimming. It's a "parking lot" for pump boats.
2. Transportation - you need to hire a habal-habal or a trike to get to Dmall or Laketown (unless you're into 15-20 min walk then that's fine)
3. Food - not so much food selection close to the hotel. The nearest decent restos are near Levantin and Seven Stones.
4. Service - On my last day I inquired if I can eat breakfast at the hotel cafe before heading to the airport but unfortunately the cook / chef is not available till 8AM. Also, there is a phone inside the room but is not working. No dial tone. Nothing.
Overall, the whole experience was "okay". I now prefer to stay in Bolabog beach area because it's more quiet and peaceful versus White Beach... but Aira Boracay needs to step up if they want guests to come back. Competition is tough. Other hotels near the kite surfing area looks promising.
This hotel located at the back beach of boracay island. Away from the loud noise from the center of boracay. The rooftop is good place to unwind and relax. You can feel the cool breeze was amazing. Feeling of the island life. The room is well clean and brand new place. I love it. It look like an apartment. The staff was an excellent services, especially Dan ask us to offer to call an E-trike to send us to Jetty port instead of waiting for one. thanks all the staff. I enjoyed my stayed at your hotel...
