"Breakfast brunch was great. The room was comfy and nice had all the commodities that we needed. Only bad thing was parking, no hotel parking available had to use House Valet service. They charge $65 a night than the valets wanted tips every time they brought the car. With what they charge tips should be included. "

"The hotel room was perfect for my husband and myself. Only thing that i would suggest is microwaves, as being downtown Nashville, there is a ton of food and no way to reheat them. Other then that it was amazing. Walking distance to anything downtown"

"Clean room and nice staff. But we accidentally left a small bag with my daughter’s graduation gift in the car. We valet parked. Turns out the bag not only had our daughter’ diamond necklace but my husband’s watch. GONE. Everyone was nice but no one knew anything about it. No one had turned it in. That’s the first time I have ever had a valet steal something out of our car! It was under the seat when we parked and not 30 minutes later it’s gone. Also our tv was messed up and not working when we arrived and 3 days later it still didn’t work. Kept saying it was fixed but it wasn’t "

"No complaints. Staff very helpful. Bathroom sink was clogged, front desk notified and was fixed promptly without any further issues. Valet staff was very respectful and kind. Front desk staff was kind"
