「The room was clean and the breakfast was good.」

「Place looks super sketch on the outside but the rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Right off interstate. A couple gas stations nearby but didn’t see any food places. I work in the city so had about a 30 min ride to downtown and there were several exits close by that seemed to have plenty options for food. Quiet little town. I would stay again for business. 」

「Check in was simple and pleasant. Room was dated but everything worked properly. Was good enough for our one night stay. If you don’t pay a lot don’t expect a lot. Would stay again.」

「Basically what I expected for the price. Excellent location for us. We were visiting family and needed a clean, affordable place to sleep. An initial glitch when the room was not clean on our arrival, but the staff was prompt in responding and bringing to an acceptable state.」

「I booked at this hotel and was supposed to receive an email within 24 hours of check-in with lockbox instructions to get my room key. I never received an email. There is no front office on the property so there was nobody to talk to about checking in. The number listed on Expedia went straight to voicemail because the office isn’t open on weekends and the number on Google was disconnected. I was pressed for time and could not check-in to the room I booked so I had to search nearby for a hotel...

「The Mint House has a great location being only a 10 minute walk downhill to the centre of Broadway with all the Honky Tonk bars, the Ryman, the museums etc. The property feels safe and secure and we found there was always someone present on reception throughout our stay. The apartment had great kitchen facilities everything you need really. I only have two suggestions for improvement. We had an apartment that was facing east and my son was sleeping on the pull out bed and was woken early every...

「Everything was so close and in walking distance. Not too far from the Main Street and just close enough that you don’t hear the noise. Reception personnel always available and kind. Checking in was so easy! Def recommend this stay! 」
