「Staff was welcoming, helpful and accommodating with our dog along for the trip.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not let the false 8.5 rating fool you. We left immediately without staying and are getting a refund. The place was disgusting. Unprofessional from the beginning. Lady at the counter was doing what looked like personal laundry and had a large trash bag full of clothes spilling out behind the counter on the office floor. Hotel immediately gave off the vibe of ick. At first we thought it was just the front desk and we were tired so maybe it wouldn't be that bad in the room....

「We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was beyond courteous and helpful. If we had a need it was tended to. The battery in the thermostat battery light was flashing and was mentioned at the desk. Within 10 minutes soneone came to fix it. Very quiet and we heard little nousr, even by the interstate. 」

「The certificate was missing from the elevator. And only one elevator was working. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. There was an exhaust fan in the bathroom, but no switch to turn it on. Half the sausage at breakfast was burnt.」

「It was a quick overnight and back on the road for us on a cross country road trip. Beautiful historical home with a cute neighborhood. We took a walk with our morning coffee and learned about some local history. The house was well maintained and clean. The beds were very comfortable 」
