Staff was okay. They did a fine job getting us checked in. Our room was kinda gross though. Stains on the top cover blanket, like obvious stains that weren’t easy to miss. One of the curtains in the room had gross stains on it and almost every towel in the room had dark dirty stains on them. Really disappointed, we were definitely deceived by the other reviews.

First stay at this brand of hotels. Room was just okay. Parking lot lights not working at night. Very dark. Pair of someone’s men’s shorts left hanging in bathroom. For some reason the first night there were hand written signs up on walls and elevator entrance asking that towels and washcloths be brought down to lobby after stay which I thought was a weird request.

Front-office staff were too busy with too much work and therefore had a bad attitude. Breakfast was very poor. The coffee was horrible. I poured it out. Did get a good nights sleep and it was quiet. Bed needs replaced soon.

We were first sent to a room that wasn’t ready. The second room smelled like an unwashed person because apparently it was recently vacated by someone with poor hygiene who lived there for months. As I was on the phone next to the fitness center, the television was showing pornography. The girl at the front desk was as helpful as she could be given the circumstances

Arrived at 9 PM and was told that my reservation was canceled. No indication of why and Expedia still showed my reservation was confirmed, but management canceled my room at their own decision. Again, no indication in the app no phone call. No nothing.
