My son was looking forward to swimming in the pool, however when we arrived we were informed it was closed which we did not know before we booked our stay. Other than that I have no complaints

The price was high considering the lobby is undergoing renovations and is inaccessible except for going outside the building in cold weather to get back inside. Add to that my room key did not work which required a second trip around the building with my luggage to get a new key(s).

Overall it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff couldn’t keep up with the large number of visitors, running out of food and coffee. Coffee dispenser was out of order and they couldn’t keep the lobby coffee station supplied. Also, parking lot entrance into the building was unlocked

We booked the room for 2 nights, the staff there was not very professional, they didn't even represent the brand, Quality Inn. After our first night there in the much dated room, we had to walk outside to the main lobby to have breakfast. When we got to the doors to go out, there was a man there with his dog urinating there by the door. I took a photo of the man and the dog and told the front desk, they didn't seem shocked by this and said, "yeah, we know who this is, we will have to confront him". We were so grossed out by it we couldn't stay another night, they didnt offer to refund us or anything since we booked with Expedia so we had to deal with Expedia, the people at the hotel said we were too loud (kids) that they had noise complaints so they were not going to refund us!!!! The people that work there, lived there. STAY FAR AWAY from this establishment!!!

This was the worat ive stauwd here plenty of times however it seems like its just getting worse. The male magaer was very rude. The house keepers did not show up so i could not habe a lower floor room the elevator feom what someone stated had been down for over a week. To go up the stairs there was a puddle of water where it looked lile pipes was busted so your items would have gottent wet. I am a cancer patient and always req the bottom floor and have been there so much the staff knows that. The lady at the front desk is always super nice and amazing. I asked for a refund to stay at another hotel and her manager denied it. I had to call his manager to get a refund to go elsewhere. He was nice however the rude manager needs to get his crap together and fix what needs done there.
