「Nice breakfast situation」

「When i arrived (late at night) the staff person was obviously tired and wearing too many hats. She was friendly and the ratings don’t reflect her but rather the poor management. My room was partially ready. She told me she would need to bring me up my towels, pillow cases and bed topper. I told her i would take them since she was covering the front desk. She was appreciative. My room was directly across from the elevator and noisy ice machine. I walked in the room and it was TINY! Sleeping...

「Issues with wifi so no internet available and they could not get key cards done properly. I had to be let in and pick up key cards the next day. The ice machine did not work. When I needed staff I had to search the lobby to find someone although staff was great once found.」

「One desk clerk was not engaged, didn't speak clearly and was on his cell phone when we come in. Said he was too busy to get any carts collect bring in guest luggage. Pants half way down his ass. Morning attendant for breakfast not dressed well for that job. Our pillows were just thrown on the bed. Didn't look nicely made.」

「Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move...

「The hot water pressure was very low making taking a shower unenjoyable. The wardrobe door would not slide open. Otherwise it was okay.」

「Very nice property, clean and well maintained. Location most convenience and price very reasonably. Did not like added fees for parking, emergency line and stay surcharge. These fees were minimal but should be all inclusive rather than extra charges; don't like added charges after paying up-front.」
