Got exactly what I payed for. A cheap last minute reservation, easy and friendly staff checked me in. It’s no 5 star hotel but I knew that going into it. For the price I got everything you could ask for. I will say the walls are extremely thin and the housekeeper upstairs vacuuming sounded like she was gonna fall through the floor at any moment 😂😂😂.

The property was very clean and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the pillows are small square pillows, not standard size. Breakfast was good and there was a decent selection. The property is a little dated but we don't mind that as long as it's clean. The stay overall was excellent!

Booked a room online and when I checked in I was told that the room was out of order. The desk clerk (who acted like he was doing me a huge favor just talking to me) went up to look at it and said it had a funky smell. I didn't really care I just wanted a place to sleep for the night but he was right it did have a funky smell. It sort of smelled like dog pee. The sheets were clean but the bathroom was kind of nasty. The toilet rocked when I sat on it and the shower looked ancient and dirty. Needless to say I waited till I got home the next day to shower.

Blankets was dirty. When we asked for clean ones we was told that they can't keep replace stuff we stained. Pool wasn't on site. Staff was very rude. Wouldn't recommend staying with them.

The room was nice and convenient being on the first floor since i was traveling with a dog, but there was an odd smell when you first entered the room i assumed because it was a pet friendly room and looking closer the next morning there was MOLD on the desk chair and on the wall by the air conditioner. There were also issues with the television and remote which the front desk did try to fix but due to a language barrier it could not be fixed.

Hotel appearance filthy. Felt very unsafe there. Literally laid towels on room floor instead of being barefoot on carpet. Smelled pot in hallway as I was walking to room. Outer doors were propped open with rocks. Holes in hallway walls. Outside stairs were overgrown with tree branches hanging over and unsafe. Steps to outside entrance needed swept. All in all I would never recommend staying at this hotel.

When you enter the hotel there was a bad odor, the walls are miss matched paint touch ups, halls are long dark and right down CREEPY. We had a multi day booking and housekeeping did not touch our room the whole time we were there. We had to take our dirty towels to the front desk ourselves to get new towels. They even attempted to make us take our trash out ourselves. The lady at front desk was very nice but was unable to offer any resolutions. Breakfast was alright but nothing worth getting excited about. If I would have had the resources I would have cancelled our reservation and went else where.

Front desk never made eye contact and barely acknowledged our presence. Only spoke when asked a direct question and used as few words as possible. Dealt with her at check in and check out.
