「I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile.
First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile.
That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience.
The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there.
The rooms are the biggest unknown. I sometimes wonder if booking through Expedia results in being...
