「We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

「I have never left a hotel until today. I hadn’t seen the google reviews from 8 months ago with bed bugs until after I had already booked. So when I got there I took off the sheets to check the mattresses. Started with taking off sheets and comforter, both beds had mattress protectors on them that had food and hair all over them, then took off the mattress protectors. 「The space was very clean and comfortable and dinner in the little café was surprisingly good. I thought our suite would have allowed for a bit more space on a balcony to play cards outside, but that was not the case. We found the walls to be somewhat thin. Overall cleanliness and staff were both great so we would stay again.」

「Hot tub was broken. Floors and bathroom were not super clean. When showering, you can't maintain a nice temperature. It is either hot or cold. Breakfast was decent, but both mornings we were there I saw homeless people come up to breakfast. Homeless people hung around outside. It didn't feel super safe.
