「All was welcoming for my stay.」

「Property is older and needs to be updated. Beds are really hard.」

「The room was comfortable but you could hear people moving around in the room above us. Fortunately, we were on the first floor. I don't believe they had an elevator. The breakfast was marginal at best. I did enjoy the coffee. Despite my thoughts, we'd return when the need occurs.」

「The ice machine downstairs was broken, so you had to take an elevator of dubious origin to the 3rd floor for ice. Further, no sundries shop. Just a couple of vending machines with warm Pepsi products.」

「Fitness center was a joke with only a recumbent bike and elliptical, with nothing to clean any of the machines. Beds were uncomfortable, coffee shop didn’t open until 7am, one of the restaurants was closed the entire time we were there, but it was a place to sleep.」

「There were dirty clothes left in the bathroom along with black mold in the corner of the tub. One of the 2 beds we couldn't sleep in. The sheets were firmly when we turned the sheets down. The towel by the sink had hair in it. The pool was drained and closed maintenance. I will never stay here again」

「Shower head leaked, carpeting was filthy and laundry was piled up in the dining area, so I checked out a day early and since I booked thru you the second day of the stay is non refundable not doing this again.」

「The check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. However they tried to give my brother a room that hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. In the morning, their breakfast wasn't adequately stocked. We came downstairs...

「The front desk clerk was excellent. That is about where the excellent part ended. The breakfast was fairly good and the hotel was fairly clean. However, the air conditioner in our room did not work sufficiently to cool the room.」

「Little wait to check in but staff was pleasant and once they were done helping others guests check in was fast. There is a musty smell in the hotel so guessing water damage at some point. Room wasn't super clean but for price was fine. Good value. Easy to get to and good lit oarkingare」
