「The staff were great and we loved the property was so welcoming to pets! That was great! However; our room had things that should have been touched up, repaired, etc. The walls in our room were even dirty and the room smelled like smoke.」

Our floor was loud around 11:00 p.m., with people laughing and yelling, and there was also banging and lots of running from the room above us, as well as noise from outside the hotel. A nearby venue appeared to be playing music earlier in the evening, and while I can’t say for certain, the combined noise made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
