"They ended up giving us a refund because they had to send us to 4 rooms, the first room a lady that didnt even look like she worked there said the room wasnt ready she hadnt cleaned it yet, the second room the door handle was falling off and the door wouldnt open, the third room had broken furniture, ac didnt work, no tv, stain on the sheet you could tell the sheets hadnt been washed, dirty bathtub, the last room was considered a suite it also had dbroken furniture we couldnt get towels to shower, and there was literally no blanket on the bed just sheets and when i woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom i found roaches. We went to Springfield because my mom was in the hospital and not doing well at all so we were looking for a hotel not for vacationbut because of an emergency. It was so bad that we went to Ziggies for breakfast A) because of the bugs and B) because their idea of continental breakfast was a bread a toaster and a stick of butter opened and on the counter. The puctires below are from the rhird room where there were stains on one bed and a nasty bathtub."
