"The hotel was wonderful and in a great location for walking. I also had dinner at the hotel and it was my best meal while in Portugal. Nice staff too."

"Really enjoyed our stay , front desk and bar staff were excellent, breakfast was fine but needed some variety, no sausage in Portugal! We did find all the construction to be very loud during the day and the trams pass in front of the hotel at all hours. The entertainment in the bar was nice and having water and snacks throughout the day was a plus. Would recommend but be aware of the construction noise."
"Great staff and location. Keep in mind this hotel is on top of a small hill so after a long day of walking you need some reserved energy. Rooms are small but serves its purpose. Loved the little balcony which as a great city view. There was a get together on Sunday with people who were not hotel guests. "
"We had a wonderful stay at LX Arch. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, we were greeted with a glass of port and a pastel de nata, which was such a lovely touch. The team were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, and the best ways to get around the city.
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and in an excellent location right on Rua Augusta. Despite being on such a busy pedestrian street, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was. Our room had a balcony with a wonderful view down the street, which was a real highlight.
We were also able to store our luggage both when we arrived early and after we checked out, which made everything so much easier. The communication was great too - we received a message as soon as our room was ready.
Overall, a fantastic stay and we would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others."
