「The character and charm of the hotel was great, tastefully furnished to a high standard. The location was perfect, very close to all the Alfama attractions and only a short walk (Or 28E tram ride) into the city centre. Staff were excellent and very attentive, special mention to Miguel the Barman, who dished up some superb cocktails with lively and knowledgeable chat」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable inside the hotel. The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and...
