"Toilet didn’t work. Horrible parking experience. They instructed to park in a garage down the road which closes at midnight so good luck trying to find anywhere to park after midnight. Will definitely not be staying here next time I’m in town. Room was not very clean either"

Was told by the manager that she is known to have created issues previously. Concerned as to why this incompetent worker was hired to begin with. Got charged over $100 for another individual's bar bill which they were so persistent was not a mistake. Never received an apology for the insane lack of customer service."
