「This motel is an excellent budget option. It is a relatively modern building with clean rooms and amenities that work well. Parking is easy and Uber pick ups and drop offs are also easy. It is surrounded by fast food options and other businesses like a laundry and petrol station.」

「Our rom was great! Very clean! Staff was very helpful and nice. I didn’t care for the area around the hotel but the hotel it self was very nice and we felt very safe! If I had to give a negative about the room it would be the shower pressure. Little to no pressure. I do highly recommend a stay at this hotel! 」

「We are those that go out of town for a purpose and are basically in our room for a few hours. So paying for luxury is not required. This place is as advertised, older and cheap. But the room was clean including the bathroom. The bed was fine, the staff are nice. Fit our needs just fine. 」

Short uber ride to UTK and the hotel was offering complimentary uber rides on game day, a very nice touch. Overall this is a great option when you just need a place to sleep. 」
