The desk staff was wonderful, the breakfast was standard (no meat though). Only real problem was the loud heater, which blasted me with cold air in the middle of the night every time it came on.

The Heathman Hotel
The room was right above an alley and the view was of dumpsters which of course were emptied very loudley at 500am. Went to lobby to get some coffee and was told they shut down coffee at 900am. They dont tell you parking by valet only at the cost of $30.00 a night. Heating unit banging on and off ...
