First time here and not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised on all counts. Boutique hotel feel with individually decorated rooms. Very cute. “Everyone is a student” is their motto. Stay here, you’ll like it (except the $44 parking valet fee).

Changed room twice. Cockroaches in first room, was told they didnt have another room right then to change us to. Given black garbage bags to place our belongings in. 2nd room dirty, not cleaned from prior guest’s stay. Continental breakfast area was dirty and a foul smell filled the area. There was ...
