Response from reception staff was that the air conditioning units couldn’t cope with the heat. Hard to believe. Was singularly unimpressed with the lack of customer service."

However if knew the air conditioning wasn’t working I wouldn’t stayed on this occasion, terrible nightss sleep , away with work driving over 200 miles next morning"
