「Vorsicht vor dieser Unterkunft und dem Umgang über Expedia. Die positiven Bewertungen wirken für mich nicht glaubwürdig. Vor Ort entsprach alles überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen. Die Gegend war sehr unsicher, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Ich musste das Hotel direkt nach dem Check-in verlassen und kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel auf eigene Kosten buchen. 「We arrived in the early hours of the morning and they kindly arranged transport for us to get to the accommodation stress free. It’s a 15 minute walk into the town which is lively and plenty of shops and restaurants . The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly . The rooms have a living area with modern facilities, the beds are comfortable.」

「Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment. From before the trip, throughout our stay, and even after we checked out, he went above and beyond to help us with every little detail.
