Excellent location and service

We loved our stay, the hotel is very central to the Metro and very walkable to attractions. The breakfast was excellent and the service superb. Our only disappointment was that the TV had only 1 English language channel, NHK-Japanese channel in English.

I liked the location and I also liked that it had a washer. What I did not like was I had to argue about my breakfast included after I had shown them on my receipt that’s what it said but still had to verify , and it caused me to miss breakfast for the first day. Also I left my passport on counter and they did not tell me, no one gave me the msg that I had left it there. Caused me a little bit of stress.

I have made reservation from internet and paid the cost for 3 days. We went to İstanbul on a rainy day. We had trouble finding the Hotel, and when we arrived they said there is problems with some of the rooms. They did not inform us about it. And they did not give a room in the hotel and send us to their another hotel. We waited for a while then they took us to their other hotel. ( they had 6 hotel in the area). Our room was at -2 floor, I could not sleep. Outside the room there were storage items on the floor. Although next day I complained about the room they did not change our room. The last day elevator was broken, and we had to go to 5th floor from -2 for breakfast and carry our luggage through the stairs. Me and my husband we are 70-year old. I did not like this attitude of receptionists at all!!! I do not want to stay in these hotels in the future.

otelin konumu güzel oda kokuyor ama genel olarak çoğu otelde bu kanalizasyon kokusu var eski olduğu için temizlik iyiydi otelin bulunduğu sokak çok kirliydi. ekrem imamoğluna burdan sesleniyorum -1. katta kalıyorduk oda çok kuytuda kalıyor. apart dairesi olduğu için odada ocak mikrodalga var. bu da yangın konusuna sebebiyet verebilir, ama merdivenler o kadar dar ki güvenlik konusunda şüphe ettim

Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier vivant de Galata à 2 mn à pieds de la tour. Pleins de restaurants sont à proximité. Le personnel est charmant et prévenant. Malheureusement pas très efficace. Il n’y avait plus de papier toilette dans l’appartement, après en avoir demandé à la réception, le soir, nous avions pleins de bouteilles d’eau mais toujours pas de papier toilette. L’appartement était conforme à la description mais pas très propre ni en très bon état. La salle de bain est minuscule pour un si grand appartement. Bref, c’est pas un mauvais logement mais choisissez le si vous restez longtemps car sinon le manque de services et d’espaces commun va vous manquer.

Pésima atención

Tuvimos que esperar media hora para el check in y luedo nos quisieron ubicar en una habitación en el altillo sin ventana, con claraboya en el techo. Nos tuvimos que negar y luego de volver a esperar nos ubicaron en la habitación que habíamos reservado. Después nos negaron el desayuno que lo teníamos incluido en la resera.

Appart au sous sol très chaud l

Appart au sous sol, il faisait chaud et la clim a été inversée pour chauffer les apparts du haut, le wifi est coupé fréquemment par une coupure électrique,il faut à chaque fois demander le code qui change chaque fois l le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas l rien à dire sur l'accueil et le personnel au top l

Admirablement bien situé au pied de la tour de Galata, notre appartement avait une vue sur la tour de Galata. Nous avons pu faire l'essentiel des visites à pieds. Très bon petit déjeuner et bonne ambiance !
