「We loved the sauna/cold plunge. Rained on our trip so wasn't able to use the pool but it looked inviting. The location was very well located. We enjoyed how the property was off the main strip for its quietness. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower and room temperature was perfect. Disappointment is it didn't have a coffee pot in room. Would return to this property.」

「Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Manageable size property with a very welcoming lobby space. I wish there were coffee/tea makers in the rooms, as the coffee shop on the ground floor closes mid-afternoon. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bentonville.」

「The Star on Spring was one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed! It smelled amazing. Every detail had been thought of, even the towels and hairdryers were top of the line! They made our anniversary trip so special. The area around the hotel is such a cute, up and coming place area. Lots to do within a few blocks. We will definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone we know! Thanks for a great weekend!」

「Overall our stay was amazing. I actually took time for me which I seldom do. Special shout out to Dustin he was very accommodating to me and made sure I was very comfortable with getting me to and from the facility with a golf cart they provided if you have mobility issues or difficulty getting up and down stairs. Bed was very comfortable and jacuzzi was very well maintained and I made sure to use this amenity nightly. Pool was fresh and relaxing and salt water was an added bonus. Poolside...

「No hot water for the showers the first morning. Wallpaper was coming off the wall in the bathroom. Toilet paper was single ply and rough. No milk for cereal the first morning Staff was very pleasant.」

「Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.」
