「It was a great stay, clean, quiet and helpful staff but our second morning there, the breakfast food was minimal. Looked like they ran out of food.」

「Mattress had a lot of stains on it. Found a hair in the sink that wasn’t mine. Carpet was crunchy/old. Room was very dated. Room was expensive for what it was.Staff were pleasant.」

「Upon alerting the front desk of a critter in the duct work running back and forth, nothing was done. Per instructions left in the room, the following day we asked the front desk to have housekeeping service our room, they did not. Upon entering the room for the first time, it smelled. I know where NOT to stay next visit to La Crosse, as it was less than "Grand"」

「We have stayed at this property back when it was Holiday Inn. In general the property was run down and not maintained. The common areas were not clean and damages to walls, trim, etc. were in every hallway we were in. The room was pretty good with the exception of the bathroom. There were stains around the toilet from an obvious leak. All of the floor tiles were loose. The tub faucet was not attached properly to the wall and the spout was not even against the wall. With that said the location...

「Brought our grandson to LaCrosse for a short trip.Loved the area along the Mississippi as we could walk to everything.Especially enjoyed sitting pitside under the lit up bridge.Rooms were so clean,breakfast was fresh and tasty,far superior to other hotel breakfast..beds were comfy...especially loved the crisp clean sheets,adequate amounts of pillows and clean blankets.Thanks for a great stay..Will only be using Marriott from now on!」
