"The first thing I’m pointing at is the staff. I can’t say enough about how cordial they were. Everyone made sure we were comfortable, especially Erika, that went beyond to make us feel great. This hotel is located inside a the Obelisco Mall, below the parking lot. Although there is a variety of dinning at food court area of the mall, they close pretty early, around 7 pm, and the hotel doesn’t offer a restaurant option itself. "A bag was left in the room after checkout time. They insisted on charging $80 for the bag being left. I contacted Expedia and they did lower the charge to $40. They normally charge $25 per week day for that room. Also only 1 small window in the ceiling. Very small room. I will never stay there again!"
