「Hotel was extremely hot, a/c in room did not work well. Customer service was great, they had maintenance look at it right away. We were offered a different room or a fan. We opted for a fan and were given complimentary breakfast. All staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Older hotel, could use some updating but clean and comfortable.」

「Avoid this property at all costs. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was poorly maintained and cleanliness was not a priority. The most alarming issue was safety. A rattlesnake was coiled on the deck directly outside our cabin door, forcing us to deal with it ourselves before we could safely enter the cabin. We also found black widow spiders around the cabin. Yes, these animals are native to California, but guests should never have to worry about venomous snakes and spiders...
