"We had a two Queen ocean view room that was perfect. Really large and spacious with a large bathroom and shower. The beds were super comfy and the front desk staff was awesome. "

"The amenities are closed. Room is big but the whole building smells like cigarettes. Staff was rude when I stated that I would be changing my reservation for just 1 day instead of 2 days. Food from the noodles restaurant was absolutely nasty. Taste like they cooked my food in cleaning products. A complete waste of money. It was also very expensive too. When I return to this area, I wont recommend to anyone."

"I was scheduled March 19-23, I understand it was in the middle of spring break but I have traveled here during this time and I have never had issues. First, children were screaming up and down to hallways beginning at 11;00pm until about 11:30pm. Secondlly, adults were arguing and screaming at each other deep into height bot ends of my hallways. I tried to reach the front desk but I was kept on hold for more that 20 until I gave up waiting. Lastly, men were being being spoken to in order to break them off the pool during a scuffle it all took place near my eindir while I sss run to enjoy dir free runs. "

"Just very underwhelmed with our stay. The property felt unusually quiet, even over spring break, which was surprising. We called regarding our water heater not working and never received a follow-up, which was frustrating. Check-in was also quite slow, we waited about 40 minutes with only two groups ahead of us. We had been told to expect an upgrade, but it wasn’t offered, nor was any form of credit or acknowledgment. Additionally, the pool conditions were disappointing. One of the main pools had very murky water, and the other was not heated, making it difficult to enjoy either. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations, especially given the standard the property aims to uphold."

"Was told that it sleeps 5 but only slept 4 Told there was a fridge and no fridge. The water pressure for toilet was low and we had to borrow the plunger multiple times "

"The sofa was ni better than a bus stop . Made of vinyl. No arms . Just a bench. I was 1 hr early . Asked for a early check-in. Didn't bother to tell me there wS a $25 charge. Till he had my paperwork ready . I would have waited the hour . Never been charged for early check-in in my life "
