「Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. 」

「We have stayed here many times - it’s our favourite ski resort. Planibel Residences (the apartments) have been refurbished in the last few years (Monte Rosa) and they are absolutely lovely! Very well equipped, nicely furnished, warm and cosy, comfortable bed (needed after a day on the slopes), and fabulous bathrooms that have plenty of hot water. The WiFi is very good and reliable. The location is perfect if skiing as it’s a few minutes walk until you’re at the bottom of the gondola or chair...
