We had a lovely 3 bedroom apartment and the Spa/swimming pool was very nice. Only negatives were lots of things in the kitchen were dirty and had to be washed up before use and that for the huge price we paid there were very strict rules (with charges for if it wasn’t done) on getting rid of the rubbish (having to take it up to the village centre) and cleaning the kitchen before departure. I would expect to this in certain self catered accommodation but we spent ALOT of money for the apartment and I feel it is advertising itself as luxury accomodation

Just returned from a family snowboarding half term holiday. The hotel is in a great location for both the shops and the ski lifts. The spa is very clean and has a great lay out. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Reception is lovely with great staff who all speak fantastic English. Room had a large balcony too. Towels, soaps and bed linen is all supplied. (you do have to rent robes). Only changes I would have made are- Fold out sofa beds are not very comfy. I would have liked more / bigger bed pillows. Ensure you do the infantry check when you turn up. Otherwise, a great hotel that I will definitely be returning to in to future. Thank you for a fantastic time.

Avons passé un séjour plus qu'agréable aux chalets de Léana avec notre bébé de 6 mois. Endroit parfaitement adapté à des vacances en famille. Mention spéciale au personnel (en particulier les responsables de l'accueil) pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.

Chantier en montagne

L appartement les services et l accueil ras d un bon niveau pour ce type de résidence de vacances par contre j ai demandé le jour de notre arrivée à l accueil si le chantier se trouvant en face n etait pas trop bruyant on m a repondu que personne ne s'était plain jusque là. Donc je suis peu être le premier à trouver qu un reveil à 7h00 tout les matins au bruit de disqueuses marteaux et bétonnières est insuportable Je ne ferai plus confiance à CGH pour mes vacances 1ere et derniere experience en ce qui me concerne

Appartement confortables et bien équipés mais ....

Rien à dire côté appartement et équipement. En revanche le service à la réception n'est pas au niveau (pb de capacité - une seule personne pour accueillir, répondre au tel, prendre le commandes, etc. sur des plages horaires restreintes). Système protection incendie sensible ! (alerte en plein milieu de la nuit sans raison véritbale ...)
