「The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool was nice. It was very crowded as there was a baseball event and we ran out of towels every time we went. Our room did not get cleaned any of the four days we were there. We did set out our trash cans to be emptied after the first. I think the staff was doing the best they could to keep all the common areas nice and clean. I would suggest to put locks on the bathroom doors and to install fans in the bathroom. 「I REALLY wanted to love this hotel. It’s a nice hotel, it’s clean, affordable, and the location is great. We stayed for two nights. Check-in clerk was rude from the moment I greeted him. Spoke/mumbled very fast and was immediately frustrated when I asked him to repeat himself. We went on with our stay, not wanting to let it ruin the hotel experience. 「The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff made sure everything was well stocked. My only problem was the hotel did not have the confirmation for my 2nd room. They initially gave me the key to a room that was already occupied. They corrected the issue and I did not have any additional problems.」
