I booked the room and called less than 8 hours later with a death in my family and your front desk told me I could cancel the reservation with Expedia that all they had to do was reach it and you would accept the cancellation and when Expedia did you denied it. "Friendly staff at check in and out. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Restaurants and shopping close by. Pool was closed but didn’t want to use it. Excellent breakfast. Tina the breakfast staff person was very friendly, made sure everything was stocked and asked if we needed anything. "

"No hair dryer in room as advertised. Ice makers hard to find. Self parking advertised was hard to find for hotel. Ended up in valet for hotel marked. "
