"Loved how this property has different areas to lounge in with views! An indoor and outdoor pool that was not busy at all. This hotel is still in the process of opening their restaurants so we didn’t get to experience that, but the spaces look beautiful and we can’t wait to come back when it’s finished. "

"I had an amazing stay at this resort with my two best friends and our kids (mostly teens.) The entire property is meticulously clean—from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. We loved the pool, the convenient amenities, and the umbrellas/ chairs on the beach were a nice touch! The customer service was absolutely impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable.
A special shoutout to the registration/front desk team (Karen is a superstar) —they were incredibly kind, and professional. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. (I always miss not having a full length mirror… and perhaps keyless entry, and a bar onsite would be a plus..other than that 5 stars all around)
I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. Great location as well. Can’t wait to return!"
"Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was hot and plentiful. Area was clean and bright. The hotel room must have just been renovated/painted. The paint smelll was a tad overwhelming. There was a gap under the door so outside light filtered into the room. "
"Great stay as always. Nice pool and bar, great fire pits and ability to meet others vacationing as well. The only disappointing thing was the restaurant was not open for food; only drinks. (If you advertise a restaurant, there should be one.) Went to the Italian restaurant next door and had a very nice and reasonable meal. Also Skipper Chowder House was AMAZING, long wait, worth it!"
"Overall my family was satisfied with the stay and really enjoyed the water park. The water park is open to the public along with having the option to purchase a season pass so it can get really busy. In my opinion I feel it could have been overpriced. They provide us with VIP bracelets but no VIP benefits. They should consider incorporating a system where VIP guest have at least faster access to water slides. "

"Freebird has been our home away from home on Cape Cod for many years.
Close to beaches, shopping, entertainment, and great restaurants.
Check in was fast and friendly, while sipping a glass of complimentary champagne.
Beds are super comfortable, complete with a towel animal, and the rooms are really clean. Split bathroom, so two people can get ready at once.
The outdoor space has been transformed, with fire pits and a bar/food area outside the pool.
Pool and hot tub are always part of our day, and they sure go great with an umbrella drink. Pool music is always on point. Even the room keys are fun.
The only rainy day we had, we received a text that if we wanted flatbreads from the truck, that they would deliver it to our room! We could stay dry. Great customer service.
In a time where customer service is falling by the wayside, Freebird is upping their game.
