"This property is very convenient due to its proximity to Times Square, other than that, the rooms are old and overall not worth the value: the AC doesn’t work, there isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the rooms aren’t clean. The rooms do not look like the photos being advertised."

Called maintenance a couple of times and the GM who offered to change the room at least.
