「Bath room was not so clean, especially the walls around the tub; all the towers were so uncomfortable; But the most unacceptable thing is my room was on the 23rd floor, include "city view" which was more expensive than regular room, but there was a door connected my neighbors's room, which means if I open the door in my room, my neighbor opens his door, two rooms are been connected. Then at the second day of my night there, there were around ten people had a big party in my neighbor, started...

「今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。」

「Loved the hotel. Couldn’t be more convenient to walk around the area. The staff were so nice. They all were happy to be staff members and it showed. We only ate at the hotel. The food was great. They were on point to make sure I was able to eat the food since I have many food allergies. The whipped ricotta was fabulous!!! We parked in their free parking lot when we checked in and never moved the car until we checked out 3 days later. We walked everywhere. We would definitely stay at the...
