「From check-in to check out, this location was excellent. Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean, nice newly renovated seemingly, everything was perfect…even when I needed to check out early the staff was able to accommodate me to shorten my weeklong trip to only a three or four night stay, and refund me the difference. Whenever I’m back in Destin or the surrounding areas this will be my go to hotel. Everyone was super nice. Everything was super...

「Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful, room was clean, breakfast was good. Room refrigerator, freezer part, needs to be de-iced.」

「Balcony door was difficult to open. Walls were so thin that you could hear through them and the whole wall shook anytime someone shut a hotel room door. Pool was small, old and very cold. It started at 4 feet so it was impossible to ease into it.」

「Construction in progress balcony had debris from construction on patio blowing at us so we went to the pool. Room was remodeled however there were numerous issues . Patio door took 2 people to open, shower head moved in and out of wall ,adjoining door too room next to our was not lockable as the lock on top of the door would not slide up into the lock position. Whoever was staying next door could enter our room without a key. Good location, nice pool, nice restaurant . Convenient to HarborWalk.」

「Feel that the hotel is very clean but my room had a couch that had big dirty stains on it. I did not want to sit on that couch. Everything else was clean. I have mixed emotions with staff. Feel they were not friendly at all, helpful yeah, and don’t want to say they were rude, just that they almost had no expression in there faces (was weird), no demeanor and never greeted anyone with a hello, welcome, or anything else. To the exception of one staff in the entire hotel. I stayed there for 3 days...
