"Came for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. We were greeting by friendly valet and front desk people. They even offered welcome champagne. We got there early so we had to wait for a room, but it was worth it since we got upgraded to a different room. The views here are worth it. You have access to a pool but we went down to the beach instead. We enjoyed drinks in their lobby area that even had someone playing live music. We dined inside our room for dinner since our view was perfect. Everywhere we went the staff greeted us with smiles and were so nice. Honestly, this was the best hotel stay I've ever had. We're definitely coming back."

"Everything was excellent, my phone wouldn’t scroll over to the 5th star but ai give 5 stars on all categories. Definitely would return. Only 1 small complaint, parking is way too high… really .. $75/night. And I did ask for something special to be put in my daughter’s room for her 21st, but nothing. Step up guys."

"Stayed in room 302 which did have kind of an ocean view and was well off PCH so it was quiet. It was comfortable and clean, but there was no maid service, The front desk had easy access to things like extra coffee pods and paper plates and there was an outdoor shower that was good for rinsing off after being at the beach. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad and they had beach towels to check out. The on site manager Sal was very helpful and friendly, but not intrusive. The location was not very close to the downtown area, but that was actually kind of nice as it wasn’t super congested. Crescent Bay beach is a good beach for snorkeling and Crescent Bay Point Park was a nice spot to watch the sunset."
