"The room was filthy, the beds were hard as a rock, the smell in the hotel was terrible, the food served for breakfast was terrible looking and uneditable, my mom fell in the room and hurt herself because there was no safety lighting on the floor to show there was a step up ledge. Although the staff was nice, the area of where to find the hotel was unaccommodating. We will never stay there again. I wish I could get a refund of some sort for the incident of my mother falling and hurting herself. "

Having visited Hsinchu many times over the last 18 years, I think this is the best hotel overall in Hsinchu and Ambassador hotel, located in the old downtown Hsinchu, being second best. "
