We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during June. Most of the desk staff spoke very good English and were very helpful during our stay. We arrived early on our train and they allowed us to store our luggage while we went out to visit the nearby area. We we returned to finish checkin, luggage was already up in our room for us. Breakfast is excellent for our taste, decent mixture of western and Chinese food which were very filling. The washer worked well, but drying clothes took a long time with the...

I spent a week in Taiwan and this is my favorite hotel for this kind of stay. I had business all over the country, but hate changing hotels, so it served as a great "base of operations." The only downside is distance from the High Speed Rail station and the traffic during rush hours, but it's worth the extra time to the amenities of this hotel.

Our room was perfectly clean and fresh. Bathroom was nice with a large shower and separate sauna type tub. Front desk staff were very professional and spoke enough English to make communication simple. Very pleasant stay and priced right.

Stayed 11 nights. Prepaid via Expedia, picked up room card and went straight to the room. Smooth staff-less check in. Large size executive queen room with good size bathroom in Taiwan standard. Balcony can overlook the city buildings. Only complaint about about the cleanliness is the aged carpet, needs an update. Food is better than expected with 3 meals delivered on time. After 3 days, hotel accommodated my request of vegetarian food only with great attitude and the same good quality meal. Will...

I stayed here for 3 nights and had a nice stay. I’ve stayed here several times over the 6 years I have been in Taiwan. It’s very convenient to the Hsinchu train station. A free breakfast is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. I like to go to Cafe Grazie nearby to eat. I think the value is good for what you get.

Very welcoming and helpful to foreigners. Excellent service each day, clean and very nice bed linens. I stayed here for 10 days visiting my son and his family nearby. Easy walk to the beautiful pier and other parks. I plan to stay here again when I visit next year .
