「Our stay at the Tribe hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The staff were super friendly and helpful in particular the Chieftains, Joseph who helped us package up some purchases that were too big for our suitcase, Brett and Baraka. Our tour of the elephant rescue centre and the giraffes was great. We had access to the club lounge and really enjoyed the food served there both breakfast and dinner “snacks” (a meal in itself). We plan to stay there again on our return via Nairobi.」

「Arrival is a little unsettling as the driveway is very steep and security rummage through the car and your luggage but once you’re through it’s a beautiful hotel. Various options for eating, really helpful staff - and an extremely clean and well-maintained property. We did have an issue with water not flowing through the shower drain fast enough to stop flooding but this was sorted out within 30 minutes. Andrew enjoyed a lovely meal in the rooftop restaurant. Would stay again; and recommend.」

「The room was cleanly kept, upon my arrival each day. And the staff was always cheery with a smile, very easy to talk to. The room had a minisplit air conditioner that could freeze you out in minutes if you wanted, and their WiFi and smart TVs were modern and fast, didn’t run into power hiccups or latency issues. Their pool was cleanly and they also have nice well behaved cats that you’ll see from time to time just as elsewhere within Nairobi. I really enjoyed being right beside village market...
