This is an MGallery hotel, and it is absolutely beautiful. They take careful attention to details, such as robes, slippers, frankincense and aloe shampoos and body washes. Every detail is well thought out. There are three restaurants within the hotel, and they are all elegant and impressive. We look forward to our next visit.

N/A — I did not have breakfast. One issue I experienced was with transportation. The hotel did not notify the taxi agency in advance, and as a result, I waited at the airport for over an hour. I had to coordinate with airport security to contact the taxi agency so they could come pick me up. The taxi agent informed me that the hotel did not forward my reservation, which is why they did not arrive with a sign as expected. For future arrangements, please ensure that the reservation is properly forwarded to the taxi agency. Other than that, everything was perfect, especially the staff...overall, the hotel cleaning was very good, and the rooms and common areas were well maintained.

Staff was nice and welcoming. Hotel looks nice but there were some major problems/inconveniences with my stay. Air conditioner in room was broke so it was burning up hot the first night and freezing cold the second night… the toilet ran all night (fixed the second night). The bathroom sink leaked (fixed the second night). There was foul smell in hallways and elevators. Wait times for room service was unreasonably long; I had to call down and remind them that an order was placed.

A hotel to remember

Brand new hotel in Gigiri area. The lobby is quite outstanding with a nice patio. My room (7th floor) overlooked the swimming pool with an uninterrupted view full of Green. Peaceful and quiet. My room was rather large and well decorated, the hotel is very well decorated anyway to give it a rather unique style. Breakfast is also quite outstanding (lot of choices), it is a price but it’s worth it! A special message to all the hotel staff, whether they are reception staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff or security staff they are all welcoming, smiling, positive and above all professional. Keep up the good work! You rock!

Overall, this is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the pool area, which had limited seating—just four loungers by the pool and a few extra chairs downstairs near the bar. Service could also be improved. When we had issues with our room (such as hot water and lighting problems), it took over an hour for someone to come, even after being told help was coming right away. Simple requests, like extra water bottles, also took longer than expected.

Our stay for 3 nights was amazing from the reception staff, cleaners, restaurant staff & the meals were lovely. The Troy Mediterranean restaurant was great as was the Kahani restaurant, Ezekie was a great host as was the chef Vivek. The Hotel is very close to Village Market , which you can walk to - well worth a visit and would recommend this Hotel. My wife had fallen ill and the reception staff were very helpful and comforting.
