「Overall, this is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the pool area, which had limited seating—just four loungers by the pool and a few extra chairs downstairs near the bar. Service could also be improved. When we had issues with our room (such as hot water and lighting problems), it took over an hour for someone to come, even after being told help was coming right away. Simple...

「The room was great. They did a turn down service which was amazing! The bed was comfy and large. The room had a great view. They were kind and the breakfast was good (able to order what you want and a buffet). The hotel felt very safe. I would go back again! I love the stay! It was so relaxing! I also like how they were able to check me in a bit early without any hassle really accomodating」

「Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Der Pool auf dem Dach zwar nicht zu groß, man könnte aber schwimmen. Das Fitness Center wäre lt Hotel Rezeption auch frei gewesen, nach Anmeldung, da waren wir aber nicht. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder nehmen.」

「Bidwood Suites was exactly what I needed - a large enough place to relax for a few days, recover, and then prepare for a few days of meetings. Overall, the property is nice, I felt safe and the staff are very friendly. I felt comfortable walking to nearby shopping, an office and coffee shop during the daytime. I would stay here again.」
